Description

These Size #5 two-part inspection tags are printed with "Rejected" and consecutively numbered 000 through 499, giving quality control and receiving teams an immediate, sequential identification system for nonconforming materials. A 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet keeps each tag secure through repeated handling in demanding environments.

The two-part construction creates a built-in documentation trail: one portion stays with the rejected item while the second is retained for internal recordkeeping. This makes them a practical fit for production floors, incoming inspection stations, warehouse quarantine areas, and supplier return workflows where traceability is required.

Each tag arrives pre-strung with a 12" unpolished cotton string, eliminating any setup before use. Cases contain 500 consecutively numbered tags and ship via parcel carrier. Replacement string is available separately for facilities that re-tag items during extended holds.
