Description

These Size #5 two-part inspection tags measure 4 3/4 x 2 3/8" and are printed with "Rejected" in bold, consecutive numbering running from 000 through 499. The two-part format allows one portion to stay with the flagged item while the detachable stub is retained for documentation, filing, or audit trails.

These tags are suited to manufacturing floors, incoming inspection stations, warehouse receiving docks, and quality control departments where rejected items must be tracked from identification through disposition. The pre-numbered sequence supports lot traceability and makes it easy to cross-reference physical goods against inspection records.

Each tag includes a 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet that accommodates both string and wire attachment. Compatible pre-cut 12" unpolished cotton tag string and pre-cut 12" 26-gauge tag wire are sold separately. Each case contains 500 tags, covering one complete numbered sequence from 000 to 499.
