Description

These Size #5 two-part inspection tags measure 4-3/4 x 2-3/8" and arrive pre-printed with "Accepted" and consecutively numbered 000 through 499. The two-part format lets one portion travel with the inspected item while the second is retained for documentation, creating a built-in traceability sequence across every case of 500 tags.

Quality control teams, receiving departments, and production floor supervisors rely on pre-numbered tags to maintain audit-ready records without manual logging. The sequential numbering is especially useful in manufacturing, third-party logistics, and distribution environments where inspected goods must be tracked from intake through outbound shipment.

Each tag includes a 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet designed for attachment with string or wire. Compatible fasteners — pre-cut 12" unpolished cotton tag string and pre-cut 12" 26-gauge tag wire — are available separately. Cases contain 500 tags and ship via parcel carrier.
