These Size #5 "Rejected" inspection tags measure 4 3/4 x 2 3/8" and are constructed from 13-point board stock with a 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet. Each tag ships pre-wired with a 12", 26-gauge wire, so they are ready to apply immediately without additional setup steps.
The bold "Rejected" designation delivers instant visual identification of non-conforming parts, materials, or finished goods.
