These Size #5 green "Accepted" inspection tags measure 4-3/4 x 2-3/8" and are built from 13-point cardstock with a 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet. The green color provides immediate visual identification of approved items, making pass/fail status readable at a glance without secondary labeling.
Each tag arrives pre-wired with a 12", 26-gauge wire, eliminating the need for separate fastening hardware at the point of inspection. They are well-suited for receiving docks, production lines, quality control stations, and returned merchandise processing in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments.
