These Size #5 blue "Accepted" inspection tags measure 4-3/4 x 2-3/8" and are constructed from 13-point cardstock, delivering the rigidity required for consistent handling in production, warehouse, and receiving dock environments. Blue color coding enables at-a-glance quality control identification, allowing inspectors to distinguish accepted items from those requiring further review without slowing workflow.
The 3/16" reinforced eyelet resists tearing under repeated handling and accommodates both string and wire attachment. These tags are well-suited for tagging parts, subassemblies, finished goods, inventory lots, and equipment in manufacturing, distribution, MRO, and fulfillment operations. Pre-cut 12" unpolished cotton tag string and pre-cut 12" 26-gauge tag wire are available separately for complete tag stations.
